About David
Real Business Consulting is led by David, who works directly with every engagement. His role is to provide diagnosis, strategic thinking, challenge and advisory support, not to build or configure your systems for you.
David brings practical business-building experience and a background in designing business systems and operating models. He has advised established, revenue-generating businesses facing plateaus and recurring constraints, working alongside owners as they put strategy into practice.
Every engagement follows the same three phases. Clarity establishes an honest picture of how the business currently works. Strategy turns that diagnosis into a clear, prioritised route forward. Implementation is where you put the strategy into practice, with ongoing advisory support from Real Business Consulting.
During Implementation, the Act, Assess, Adjust loop runs on repeat. You act on the agreed work. We assess what happened against what was expected. Together we adjust what comes next. It is an advisory and decision-making loop. It does not mean we operate your systems.
